We want you to have as much faith in our products as we do. Therefore, we stand behind every item we sell.

Defective Products:
If any of the products you receive from us are defective we will replace the item, or refund your money which ever you prefer.

In the event of damage due to shipping:
When you receive your order please inspect the box for any damages due to shipping. If any damage is noticed you must report it to the shipper at the time of delivery (DHL Express / Airborne Express) and file a damage claim. Then contact us so we can follow up on the claim.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA number, e-mail: norway@norwaycarryall.com. Please include your name, address, products returning, order number, the defect of the product and which you prefer: replace the item, refund your money. The RMA number you receive must be clearly written on the return package. Once issued, RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days.

Defective items must be sent back with a copy of the original invoice that came with your order, including credit card number and expiration date so we can correctly credit your account. If no order copy is available, make sure you include your complete name, address and phone so we can search our database to find your original order for you.
